Weapon (longsword), legendary (requires attunement)

Zetsubou is a remarkable weapon with a sleek, curved blade that glimmers with an otherworldly light. Its hilt is wrapped in crimson silk and adorned with intricate silver filigree, depicting a dragon coiled around the grip. Though it appears ordinary at first glance, the true power of Zetsubou lies in its sentience. The sword possesses a consciousness of its own, and can communicate telepathically with its wielder.

Despite its fearsome reputation, Zetsubou is known to be rather lethargic, requiring significant prodding and motivation to awaken its full potential. However, when roused to action, the blade is a force to be reckoned with, capable of slicing through even the toughest armor as if it were paper. Its unique abilities and magical powers are closely guarded secrets, known only to the most skilled and accomplished warriors in the Celestial Empire.

Quality: Zetsubou is considered a longsword with a +2 Magic bonus.

Sleeping dragon (Passive feature): Everytime a character hits an enemy, one of the five rings of the sword will glow. If the five rings are glowing the sword awakens and grants advantage in all attack rolls. A character can add a bonus of +10 to a damage roll by turning off one of the rings. The sword slumbers again if the enemy dies or combat ends.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
