Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard)
It's said that this amulet belonged to Ioulaum and has a mythallar housed in it's core. When Ioulaum abandoned Netheril to escape the life drain dweomers of the phaerimm in −339 DR, he lost this amulet.
Alacrity. While attuned to it, you can use a charge to gain the following benefits for 2 turns:
- When you hit a creature with a spell attack using your action, you gain an extra action to cast a spell.
- You have advantage on spell attacks.
- You have advantage on Wisdom saving throws from spells.
The amulet has 3 charges. Each use of Alacrity expends 1 charge. The amulet regains 1d4 - 1 expended charges daily at dawn.
