The Arrow of BEGONE has two small bags of holding(or one small bag of holding and a similar extra-dimensional item such as a portable hole) in the arrowhead which, when the arrow lands, get shoved into one another creating the effect of opening a gate to the Astral Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed inside the other. Any creature within 10 feet of the gate is sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way only and can’t be reopened. The arrow is destroyed.
THE ARROW CANNOT BE PUT IN A HANDY QUIVER FOR STORAGE, WILL TRIGGER THE ARROW'S EFFECT.
Can be crafted out of either two extra dimensional items (not a handy haversack) and a bolt using woodworkers tools (DC 13) or carpenter's tools (DC 12) or smith's tools (DC 14)
Notes: Banishment, Utility, Combat, Consumable
