This Attunement Doll is woven with silk soaked in a Copper Dragons blood and contains a small copper heart inscribed with runes, that is filled with a fragment of that dragon's elemental breath. These Attunement Dolls are often made by the dragon whose blood and breath it contains for the purpose of creating living treasure to guard their other magical items for when they are away from their hoard.
Non-Artificer creatures attuned to an Attunement Doll gain 1 additional Attunement Slot. To use this additional Attunement Slot, the attuned creature must spend a short rest attuning any item to the Attunement Doll. A creature can not attune to more than 1 Attunement Doll and Attunement Dolls can not attune to other Attunement Dolls. While the Attunement Doll is attuned to an item, you can use that item as if you were attuned to it, except that you are not affected by any curses that item may hold, and a small illusion of that item appears on the Attunement Doll.
You need not carry the Attunement Doll with you to maintain its effects however if you or the item are ever not on the same plane of existence the Attunement Doll immediately unattunes from both you and the item, unless that item is cursed, then the Attunement Doll becomes nothing but a regular doll until the doll is treated in the breath of a Copper Dragon.
Curse: While an Attunement Doll is attuned to any item, at the end of each year there is a 5% chance that the Attunement Doll becomes an Awakened-Attunement Doll. When an Attunement Doll becomes Awakened, any item it is attuned to is teleported to it. If the Attunement Doll is attuned to a cursed item the chance it becomes an Awakened-Attunement Doll is increased by 5% and the Attunement Doll can only be unattuned from that item by breaking that item's curse.
Notes: Set: Attunement Slots, Non-Artificer
