Wondrous Item, common (requires attunement by a artificer)
A small mechanical shield is a forged shield that can be placed within any mechanical limb, and is irremovable so long as you are attuned to it. To attune to it, the shield must be held within the limb for the entire attunement duration.
As a bonus action you can equip the small mechanical shield from within your limb and maintain it there until you use a bonus action to retract it. While equipped, you gain +2 AC.
