Arcane Communication Crystal Rings are rings with magically enhanced crystals which allows you use the [Tooltip Not Found] to send a message of 60 words or less to a creature which know. The creature hears the message in its mind, and if it knows you, and can answer in a like manner immediately. The spell only works with creatures with Intelligence scores above zero. You can send messages to a creature anywhere in the multiverse but if the target is in a different universe or on a different plane than you, there's a 20% chance the message doesn't arrive.
