Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a By a wizard following the arcane tradition: 'Scholar of Argul')

Argul's Grimoire of True Tyranny is a mystery to most, it features descriptions of magic that is undecipherable, written in an ancient tongue that Argul himself created. Only a few who worship and study the works of Argul as a purpose of existence may read the texts, but even then, it is said the complexity of magic that is described in this book is entirely impossible to comprehend, and that it presents the sheer intelligence and knowledge of Arcana that Argul had. Recently however, The Cult of Argul had found some bare-bones understanding of the simplest spells in the book, granting access to new profound ways of necromancy throughout the rows of wizards in the cult.

If a creature would try to read the text in this book, they are dealt 3d12+8 psychic damage and roll a DC 15 wisdom save, on a fail the creature would take 1d6 damage and fall 'unconscious' for 1 minute, otherwise, they are dealt with an additional 1d4 psychic damage.
