+2 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your spells.
This Amulate has charges equal your Wisdom modifier you can expend a charge to do one of the following magical effects
As a bonus action you can heal fiendly creatures within 30ft of you for 2x your cleric level
As and action you can casue creature within 30ft of you to make a Dexterity saving thow againts the users spell DC and take 4d6 radient damage on a fail and half on a save.
