Aromatics Dispenser

A glass dispenser that is made for continuously dispensing aromatics. An aromatic solution poured into this container has its vapors magically dispensed over a period of time, strengthening it and increasing the effects duration.

As an Action, you can cause this item to begin releasing vapors of whatever aromatic solution is stored within. At the start of your turn after activating this item, the vapor cloud grows by a 5-foot-radius, until the produced vapors fill the room it is placed in, and linger for up to an hour. You may use a Bonus Action to stop this process by either covering the release point, or closing the opening. The fumes effect quickly dissipates afterwards.

Aromatics used in this way have their Saving throw DC's, their damage, and/or their healing increased by 150%.

The vapor cloud produced by this effect dissipates after an hour, or is blown away by a moderate or stronger source of wind.
