Amulet of Recall

The Amulet of Recall is a powerful magical artifact that allows the user to teleport themselves and up to 5 creatures that they are touching to a previously attuned location. The user must speak the command word and envision the location to which they wish to teleport. Any creatures that are touching the user at the time of activation will also be teleported with them.

However, using the amulet comes at a cost. After each use, the user must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 15 or suffer a level of exhaustion. Additionally, the amulet can only be used once per long rest, and attuning it to a new location requires 4 hours of uninterrupted meditation at the intended location.
