These small-scale artisans tools are designed for work on jewelry, filigree and other precious metal works. With study under a master one can learn how to use these tools to further their skills, learning them takes at least three days of study and an additional 500 hours to master them. Once learned you gain Proficiency in Artisans Smith Tools and upon mastering them you gain Expertise.
