An incredibly detailed golden amulet of a scorpion, the stinger and claws are both pure emeralds. A character wearing this item gains blindsight of 10 ft, if they already have blindsight it is increased by 10 feet and may use this item by uttering the phrase "Breathe Life" into the amulet. Doing so will cause it to become a giant scorpion (Per the Monster Manual.) This item contains 3 charges.
