This specific Velonar Elven Double- Bladed Scimitar has seen thousands of years worth of battle. An adventurer long ago carried this weapon through many combats and cleared the lands of some horrific Elemental beings. The weapon was then gifted an enchantment per Elemental that was defeated. As the weapon was passed down through generations each wielder must learn and discover the capabilities of each enchantment as well as how to control it. Until Mastered the weapon reacts in extreme conditions based on emotions. Happiness
Gold. Happiness- Your weapon becomes outlined with a golden hue. Your successful attacks also deal 1d[roll]1d4[/roll] radiant damage on both swings.
Blue.
Red. Anger- Your weapon emits a red hue from the blades as if they were heated. Upon your first successful attack per turn your weapon emits a flame in a 10 foot cone from you. The target takes 2d[roll]2d6[/roll] fire damage and must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity Saving Throw. On a failed save the target takes an extra [roll]1d6[/roll] fire damage
Brown. Determination- Your weapon grows in weight but now size. A brown hue outlines your weapon as if coated in mud and dirt. Upon a successful attack the Target must make a DC of 14 Strength Saving throw. Upon a failed save the targets moving speed is lowered by 5 per failed save for a round.

The double-bladed scimitar is the signature weapon of Valenar elves. A haft of fine wood supports a long, curving blade on either end. Forged with techniques honed over centuries, these blades are strong, sharp, and remarkably light. Each scimitar is a masterpiece, and as a result the double-bladed scimitar is an expensive weapon (100 gp) — few though ever have the opportunity to purchase one. A Valenar blade in the hands of a non-elf is generally assumed to have been stolen or looted from a fallen foe, and a Valenar elf might feel entitled to demand its return or challenge the bearer to prove they’re worthy to wield it.
Special. If you attack with a double-bladed scimitar as part of the Attack action on your turn, you can use a bonus action immediately after to make a melee attack with it. This attack deals 1d4 slashing damage on a hit, instead of 2d4.
