The Amulet of the Wild Prismatic Dragon can be used to Summon a Wild Prismatic Dragon at an unoccupied space the caster can see within 60’

Once summoned the Wild Prismatic Dragon remains for one hour or until killed. It shares initiative with the caster, but takes it’s action immidiately after.

The amulet can’t be used this way again until the next dawn.
