Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Long Rest in which you see a massive glowing yellow eye that opens revealing a maw of a thousand teeth that devours you)
A black arcane orb that allows no light through it. Occasionally a yellow spark can be seen within the orb.
Once per day you may cast a spell into this orb up to 5th level. When you do so the spell is drained and a gem is created with a cost equal to the spell level times 100. After 24 hours the gem becomes inert and worthless.
