This magical amulet is made of a silver chain with a crystal pendant in the shape of a heart. When worn, the amulet boosts the wearer's confidence and self-esteem, allowing them to feel more empowered and assertive.
Mechanically, the amulet grants the wearer advantage on charisma checks and saving throws against effects that would manipulate or control their actions or emotions. In addition, once per day, the wearer can activate the amulet to cast the spell "Heroism" on themselves, providing temporary hit points and immunity to fear for one minute.
However, the amulet also has a downside. The wearer must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) every twelve hours or become overwhelmed with self-doubt and negative self-talk, suffering disadvantage on all charisma checks and saving throws for the next hour or until they can look into their reflection and identify 10 positive traits about themselves.
