Amulet of the Lynx

When worn, a ghostly replica of a lynx appears in the same square as you, copying your movement and emitting a 20 feet glow. It grants you an extra 40 feet of movement, you can jump 30 feet, partially attach yourself to a wall and somewhat run on water for a short period of time. Your dexterity ability score increase by 4 points.
