Ancient White Dragonstone Amulet

Ancient runic symbols adorn a white dragon claw strung on this necklace. Carefully embedded in the center of the claw is a glowing green luckstone:

While attuned to this amulet, you gain the following properties in addition to the properties of the luckstone:

• +1 to your saving throws

While you wear this amulet, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can use the amulet to fly for up to 10 minutes, all at once or in several shorter flights, each one using a minimum of 1 minute from the duration. For each size above medium that you are while flying, you use two times the amount of minutes. If you are flying when the duration expires, you descend at a rate of 30 feet per round until you land. While using the amulet to fly, spectral dragon wings manifest on your back. 

The amulet regain 10 minutes of flying at dawn.
