Amulet of Dragon Breath

A gemstone amulet, surround by gold in the shape of a dragon attached to a silver chain. 

While attuned, you may use an Action to expel a mimicry of a dragon's breath attack, in a 15 foot cone dealing 2d6 plus your Constitution bonus. The damage type is chosen when used, and can be switched once per long rest. Additionally, you gain a +1 to all saving throws.
