Amulet of Bahamut's Blessing

Item can only be used by a dragonborn. Bahamut, himself, imbued a fragment of his power into this amulet, granting the wearer the ability to use acid, fire, lightning, poison, and cold breath for 3 charges per long rest. The wearer is also granted blindsight to 120ft and given advantage on spells cast below 5th level. They will also have a resistance to fire, lightning, acid, and poison. If the wearer is already resistant to one these, they will become immune to that type of damage. Their AC is also increased by +1.  If the wearer commits an act against the will of Bahamut, the amulet will be taken from them and disappear. The amulet can only be attained by praying and communing with Bahamut to committing to causes he deems worthy. The wearer will also have a connection with Bahamut that grants them a bonus to perception and initiative.
