While you wear these weights, you can use an action to cast Haste (30 second duration, no concentration required). If you do, your weights automatically end their attunement and are removed from your ankles.
When the weight's property has been used, they cannot be activated again until the next dawn.
Curse. Once you don these weights, your walking speed is set to 25ft and you cannot benefit from a flying speed regardless of its source.
