Arcane Whetstone

This whetstone lights up with arcane runes when pressed to a non-magical weapon. The whestone has 3 charges, and regains any expended charges when you finish a long rest. Over the course of 1 minute, you can press the whetstone against a non-magical weapon you are wielding and expend any number of charges. After doing so, the weapon becomes magical and gains a bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls equal to the number of charges you spend. This effect lasts for 1 hour, after which the weapon reverts to its non-magical state.
