Amulet of Clockwerk Coil

This intricately constructed clockwork amulet seems to tick along to the beat of the heart of its wearer.

Borrowed Time. While attuned to the amulet, its wearer may use a free action to press a button on the side to release the Clockwerk Coil. As the amulet un-spools you find your heart beating faster than normally, in time with the increased tick of the amulet. Immediately after pressing the button, the user is under the effect of haste until the beginning of their next turn. You do not suffer the ill-effects of lethargy when the haste ends. However, at the beginning of your next turn you are under the effect of slow until the beginning of your turn after.

This can be utilised once per longer rest.
