These exquisitely crafted black leather boots allow the wearer to move with a nimbleness and grace almost unmatched. So long as the wearer has a movement of 30 ft or greater, the wearer gains a bonus of +2 to armor class. The wearer also gains the Evasion ability of Rogues-- when subject to a damage-dealing effect with a dexterity save, taking no damage on a successful save, and half damage on a failed save. If the wearer does not already have the Perform  skill, he or she gains Perform for the purposes of dancing.

The Boots also allow the wearer to cast Freedom of Movement. The boots begin with 3 charges, expending one charge per use. The boots regain up to 3 charges per day. 

Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, someone wearing light armor. Will automatically become unattuned if the wearer dons medium or heavy armor.
