The hornblade has one charge per day which it recovers after every long rest, other wise it works as a +2 longsword. The expended charge casts one of the following 4 offensive 5th level spells: Call Lightning, Wall of Fire, Ice Storm, Acid Arrow. Roll a d4 to determine which spell is casted. The Hornblade can only be attuned to by a creature with a neutral or evil alignment.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
