This item is attuned by one creature who gives it to another to wear. While being worn the attuned individual can substitute vision through the amulet for their own (going temporarily blind to their actual surroundings) as long as they are on the same plane. Note that if the person attuned specifically has the cantrip 'Message' they can communicate with those within range of the amulet.
