This harp is an exquisite example of its kind, superior to an ordinary one in every way. A creature that attempts to play the instrument without being attuned to it must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or take 8d8 cold damage.
You can use an action to play the instrument and cast one of its spells. Once the instrument has been used to cast a spell, it can’t be used to cast that spell again until the next dawn. The spells use your spellcasting ability and spell save DC.
Cone of Cold
Rime's Binding Ice
Ice Storm
Iceball
Once per day, you can play a horrid, terrible melody on this harp, and each person who listens must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom Saving throw or be frightened by the harp for 1 hour. If you choose, you can also inflict 4d8 damage on however many listeners you choose within 30 feet.
This Harp is a sentient being, with an intelligence of 16. It speaks Celestial, and always speaks in puns about cold/ice/snow.
