Wondrous Item, legendary

Forgetting to empty your pockets completely at the start of the voyage results in a microscopic pill container, fully stocked. There are 10 pills inside, 2 of each kind listed below.

- Amoxicillin: causes rupture of bacterial cell walls causing the inner contents to spill out. This renders a single bacteria useless and causes an agonizing, slow death.

- Carafate: creates a slick, sticky, slimy coating over a 40ft cone. Carafate causes no damage, but creatures caught in the goo are unable to move until/unless they pass a DC 15 DEX save

- Pepcid: neutralizes stomach acid, turning corrosive agents into harmless liquids

- Vitamin C: bathe yourself or/and up tp 6 other willing creatures in concentrated vitamin C. This adds 2d8 temporary hit points to those affected. If you choose to take this medication twice within the same long rest, you must flip a coin. On a fail, those who took the second pill get no HP and have instant diarrhea and nausea from vitamin C toxicity

- Xanax: causes a single target to "chill the **** out." Upon succeeding a DC 18 wisdom save, the target joins the party. On a fail, the target promptly curls up for a nap.
