DORMANT: When a character attunes to the blade, apply the following changes to the item’s traits: You can use a bonus action to activate the blade’s true form. The blade’s true form lasts for a minute unless you use a bonus action to deactivate it or until you drop or sheathe the sword. You have +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. Increase the slashing damage inflicted by a hit to 2D8 Versatile (2d10) As an action the icy winds of Stygia rise from the sword and you lash out to cast Eldritch Blast spell as a 5th level character. At 15th level, the casting is increased by one increment.
AWAKENED: When a character awakens the blade, apply the following changes to the item’s traits: Increase the bonus to attack and damage rolls to +2 Increase the slashing damage inflicted by a hit to 3D8 Versatile (3d10) As an action, you can coat your blade in ice, and slash out to cast the Conjure Barrage adding your weapons damage die as well (spell save DC 15). On a failed save, the attacker takes thunder damage equal to the damage it just dealt. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage. You cannot use this ability again until you finish a short or long rest When you hit a creature with Eldritch Blast, you can push the creature up to 10 feet away from you in a straight line.
Bladereaver's Smite: Once per turn when you hit a creature with your weapon, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature to deal an extra 3d8 cold damage to the target, and you can knock the target prone if it is Huge or smaller
OR
you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature as a bonus action and you choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you, cursing it until the end of your next turn. The next time you hit the cursed creature with a weapon attack, the creature has vulnerability to all of that attack's damage, and then the curse ends.
Bladereaver's Casing: As a reaction when you take damage, you can expend a wild shape feature to entomb yourself in ice, which melts away at the end of your next turn. You gain 3 temporary hit points per druid level, which take as much of the triggering damage as possible. Immediately after you take the damage, you gain vulnerability to fire damage, your speed is reduced to 0, and you are incapacitated. These effects, including any remaining temporary hit points, all end when the ice melts.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
