This arcane yo-yo was forged in the depths of limbo, meant to let the user to cause chaos to anyone who is around them. It has a spiralling black design on the yo-yo in the form of a twisted clock on top of the purple base of the yo-yo. The string is made out of a light blue arcane light in place of the string, that acts indisputable and cannot be interrupted.

The yo-yo can be used for 10 minutes straight in order to gain the effect of the yo-yo's arcane abilities. If the user stops using the yo-yo before the duration, the yo-yo's charge isn't used up and the user can attempt to start the process again, however the time used before the time isn't finished doesn't carry over. When the yo-yo is charged with the arcane energy, a light blue rune of a clock appears on both sides of the yo-yo.

The user can decide what to do with the yo-yo when it is spun again.As an action, they can:

• Time Stop: The user flings up the yo-yo into their hand after the yo-yo has been spun, as it starts to come up, it spins violently until it reaches the hand. When it reaches the hand, the user casts the Time Stop spell, freezing everyone around them.
• Reverse Time: The user whips back the yo-yo as it starts to slow down in time and then reach to the user's hand. When it reaches their hand, the creature stays still in time as everything around them turns backwards in time 6 minutes. During this time, the user cannot be seen, interacted or touched as time turns back around them. While time is turning back, the user has 1 round before time resumes to 6 minutes ago, and the surrounding creatures cannot be affected as you are with them. Your present self replaces your past self if you end up spotting each other or until the 6 minutes are up.
• Forward Time: The user spins forward the yo-yo as it starts to speed up and wrap around the users arm 3 times, then reaching the user's hand. When it reaches their hand, the creature disappears from time as everything around them goes forward in time 3 minutes. During this time, the user cannot be seen, interacted or touched as time turns forward around them. While time is going forward, the user has 1 round before time resumes to 3 minutes in the future, and the surrounding creatures cannot be affected as you are with them. Everyone around you doesn't see you for 3 minutes as you disappear from time, and you repaper to them after the 3 minutes are up.

Once this yo-yo's time ability has been used, you cannot use it until 1d4+3 days have passed.
