Armor of the guilty

Armor worn by those who have been found guilty of several crimes 

this armor set is covered in barbed wire 

when a enemy hits the person wearing the armor of the guilty it does 1d6 piercing damage 

 If you have a proficiency in great sword or great shields you have a bonus action

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
