Amulet of Anti-Magic

This amulet features a clear crystal which appears to contain an eye. The crystal is framed in dwarf-runed metal and attached to a thick chain to be worn around the neck. While being worn the amulet hangs outside any worn armour and can be activated with an action (requiring no free hands).

The amulet has 1 charge which it recovers daily at dawn. While wearing the amulet you can use an action to expend its charge to cast the Antimagic Field which lasts for the full 1-hour duration, or until dismissed as a bonus action.

While the amulet is inactive the eye within remains closed, opening only once the amulet has been activated, and appearing to look out in all directions.
