Weapon (longbow), uncommon (requires attunement)

Made of exquisite elven craft, this magical longbow is fueled by Agatha's soul. The wielder may call upon her rage to strike down their foes.

This magic weapon has two charges. When you hit an enemy, you may expend one of these charges to use Banshee's Wail and deal an extra 2d4 damage to the target. This item regains these charges after a long rest.

The wielder may also spend 1 action to ask Agatha a question. She will answer truthfully and to the best of her ability. Once this ability has been used, this item loses this property.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
