This item is a trip wire with a maximum range of 20 ft (The range at which it is still effective after activation). This item can be fixed to most surfaces with adhesive or driving it into the ground. The trip wire can be disarmed if cut carefully. Setting up the trip wire takes 1 minutely normally and whatever your dm decides if you decide to do something elaborate with the trap.
When this trap is triggered creatures inside of the radius must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 5d12 slashing damage or half that on a successful save. If on a failed save the creature is Restrained by the razor wire and cannot move unless they take an action to remove the wire. Any movement or actions that involve movements of your limbs or body will cause you to take 1d4 slashing damage.
The Razor wire will stay in it's spot unless destroyed (It has 20 hp) and any creature who enters the zone of razor wire or tries to leave the zone must take 1d4 slashing damage for every 5 ft of movement in the razor wire zone and have their movement speed halved.
