Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
This ornate looking quiver is made of fine black leather and a silver leaf style trim, that can hold up to 20 arrows or bolts.
You can use a bonus action to draw and transform the quiver into a short sword. If the quiver contained at least 10 arrow or bolts, the short sword is granted a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls, otherwise when you draw it is just a standard arrow or bolt.
