Weapon (javelin), rare (requires attunement by a warrior proficient in javelins)

This javelin has 10 charges. It restores all charges on a long rest, and 2d4 charges on a short rest.

After throwing this javelin, if it hits a creature, you make activate it's "Arrow" feature as a free action by expending 1 charge. The javelin takes the form of a red arrow symbol. The pierced target must pass a DC 15 DEX save, or take 1d6 magical piercing damage, and be pulled 20 ft in any direction. Every time the target creature fails a DEX save, the user of this weapon can expend another charge as a free action to use "Arrow" again. Once the target creature passes a DEX save, or the javelin runs out of charges, the javelin returns to its user.

Proficiency with a Javelin allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
