When acquired and first worn, the amulet raises all of your base stats by 1. If at any point the amulet is removed, all of your base stats are decreased by 3.
The sorceress Sellen has placed a powerful magic focus within the amulet, amplifying the abilities of those who wear it. However, removing the amulet causes physical and mental whiplash which can lead to madness.
