Wondrous Item, artifact
A magic orb that captures the essence of magic purple fire. The orb has 2 command words that use a turn. The first first command word spreads magic purple flames in a 30ft radius that cant be extinguished. The second command word makes all the flames recede back into the orb. If you don't extinguish the flames within 5 turns they automatically recede back into the orb. The fire cant hurt the caster or any allies of the caster. it will only hurt you enemies.
