Amulet of Wild Magic

This amulet is made of a twisted gold wire that forms intricate patterns resembling flames. In the middle of the amulet, there is a stone that shimmers with colors that you haven't even seen before. The amulet has 1d4 charges and regains all expended charges daily at dawn.

As an action, you can expend one charge from the amulet to roll on the Wild Magic Surge table (PHB p. 104). Roll a d100 and consult the table to determine the effect. If the effect requires a saving throw, the DC is equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier. If the effect lasts for a duration, it lasts for 1 minute.

Additionally, while attuned to the amulet, whenever you cast a spell of 1st level or higher, you can roll a d20. If you roll a 1, roll on the Wild Magic Surge table to determine a random effect. This effect does not expend a charge from the amulet.
