A 20-sided dice that can be rolled in place of a d20 roll for anything. The outcome can be influenced by giving up gp to rig the outcome. It does nothing if the roll is of any other kind of dice (i.e. d4, d6, etc).
For each 50gp you sacrifice to the dice, the higher the minimum roll can be (i.e. if you pay 200gp, you cannot low roller than a 5).
