An arrow of Talors requiem is a conjured creation using the anti-magic crystal known as Talors requiem.
Dwarven Resilience. Any dwarf hit by a arrow of Talors Requiem has resistance against the psychic damage and has advantage on its concentration saving throws. This arrow has no effect against none spellcasters
Potent Counter. When a arrow of Talors Requiem hits a spellcaster, the target takes 10d8 psychic damage. If the target is concentrating on a spell, it must make a concentration saving throw at disadvantage against the psychic damage dealt. On a fail, the targets concentration drops, is stunned until the end of its next turn and takes an additional 1d8 psychic damage for each level of the concentrated spell. If the concentrated spell is 3rd level or lower, it automatically fails. Once potent counter is used, the arrow vanishes from existence, returning back to Talor. If the target is not concentrating on a spell when hit by a arrow of Talors Requiem, it must make a charisma saving throw DC 18, or be paralyzed until the end of its next turn.
Potent Magic. Arrow of Talors Reqiuem is considered a spell. All arrows of Talors Requiem cannot be dispelled or counterspelled. If a creature attempts to disrupt the arrows magic, it must make a charisma saving throw DC 18, or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
