Amulet Of The Bard

This necklace once belong to a god of old in Xexil lore whose name has long since been forgotten but it grants the wearer a +2 to spell and dc saves but it also grants addition features upon the proper vessel if attuned to them it gives a bard and additional subclass lvl 3 features as well as granting them additional bardic inspiration up to your proficiency modifier
