Arm of the Elements

This prosthetic arm has 3 charges that allow the user to cast "bending" spells. Each spell costs 1 charge. The charges reset daily at dawn. This item can be upgraded by someone with the proper tools and knowledge.

While the arm has at least one charge, it provides a +2 to all DEX based checks. When all charges are depleted, it changes to a -2.

While the prosthetic is attached, it functions identically to the part it replaces. You can detach or reattach it as an action, and it can’t be removed against your will. It detaches if you die.
