Potion, varies

A creature that drinks an Armourskin reduces all damage they take by 1 per number of points of damage the user takes (round up) for one hour. The number of points is determined by the potion's rarity. For example, if you take 28 points of damage from a fireball, a Common Armorskin would be 28/10 = 2.8, round up to 3, resulting in instead 25 damage total. An Uncommon Armorskin would be 28/5 = 2.6, round up to 6, resulting in 22 damage total.

Armorskin can also come in the form of a powder called Hardshell powder. When you use an action to throw the powder into the air, you and each creature and object within 10 feet of you is affected by the Armorskin effect for 1 minute. If a creature is affected by both an Armourskin potion and Hardshell powder, the effects combine, thus a creature under the effects of a Common Armorskin and an Uncommon Hardshell powder, would reduce the damage of a fireball from 28 by 3 + 6 for a total of 9, resulting in 19 damage total.
