This sleek-looking flail is the signature weapon of Aust Pernikkel. Instead of a weighted striking head, the weapon ends in a lantern containing a black candle that never runs out and burns with a green flame.
Enhanced Weapon (Artificer Infusion). You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Finesse. When making an attack with a finesse weapon, you use your choice of your Strength or Dexterity modifier for the attack and damage rolls. You must use the same modifier for both rolls.
Proficiency with a Flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
