Arcana Rifle

The Arcana Rifle gives a +1,2 or 3 to spell attack rolls depending on its rarity.

Lvl 1 Rare
Elemental shift.
When casting an attack spell the caster can use a bonus action to rack the action to randomly change the spell’s damage type.

D6 - Damage type
1 - fire
2 - lightning
3 - cold
4 - poison
5 - acid
6 - force

Lvl 2 Very Rare.
Sniper scope.
The caster can use the scope to double the range of a single target attack spell, also allowing the caster’s visual range to be 500 yards.

Lvl 3 Legendary.
Penetrating Shot.
Twice per day the caster may use a bonus action to add 2 dice to a single target attack spell or ignore up to 3/4 cover, regaining the uses after the next dawn.
