Amulet of Palor

This amulet is a 2 inch disc of gold with half inch rays linking it to a quarter inch ring hung on a thick gold chain.

As an action the amulet can be activated to release a blast of golden light that dulls down to a warm glow for a number of rounds equal to the bearers Wisdom modifier.

The initial blast Blinds undead and evil creatures and deals them 3d6 damage. On a successful CON save the creature only takes half damage and is not blinded.

While the amulet glows, any undead creature within 30' at the beginning of its turn must make a Wisdom save or become frightened of the bearer and takes 1d4 Radiant damage.
