Anemonic Bracers

Made from rock hard coral, with small spiked polyps covering the surface. This living rock slowly moves, and when placed in water attracts tiny fish that swim around you.

  Whilst grappling a creature you can use the bracers to unleash a powerful poison into your enemy. As an attack, you can force your target to make a DC 14 Constitution saving throws. On a failed save they are paralyzed for 1d4 rounds. At the end of each of its turns, the target can attempt the saving throw again, ending the effect on a success. Creatures with immunity to poison are immune to this property, and it ends if the target is subject to protection from poison or similar. A creature targeted by this property cannot be targeted again within the next 24 hours.
