Ancient Olman Orb of Life

The lost Olman civilization was filled with people who enjoyed a harmonious balance with nature. They harnessed this power of nature and magic to restore forests, grasslands, and nurture the wildlife therein. The greatest Olman magician, Mautahl, created the Orb of Life to channel such magic. Once attuned, the orb grants the Regenerate spell (The target regains 4d8+15 hit points. For the duration of the spell, the target regains 1 hit point at the start of each of its turns (10 hit points each minute). The orb bestows its holder immunity to poison, fire, and necrotic damage. The Orb also restores life to dead foliage such as trees, grasses, agricultural crops, and other vegetation. 

The holder must be able to cast 7th level spells or higher to use the Orb.
