Usually found in a coyote den, ACME Paint used to be sold by a mass utility conglomerate before they got shut down for an unknown reason.
This paint has 7 charges for the following properties. Once the final charge has been used, this paint cannot be used again.
Painting.
You can expend 2 or more charges to paint one of the following:
- Full Course Meal. A full course meal that can heal up to five people for 1d8+3 each. Can be poisoned once created, like any other meal. (2 charges)
- Door. A door of some kind on a surface no more than 2 feet thick while not in combat (2 charges)
- Portal. one portal (3 charges) (you must paint a second portal in order for them to connect)
- Sentry. Something that allows you to telepathically see and hear everything in the room where it was painted, up to half a mile (5 charges)
- Timed Explosion. An explosion that goes off 2d12 minutes after painted. Deals 3d8 fire damage to anyone within a 15 foot radius that fails on a DC 17 Dexterity Saving Throw, and half as much to anyone that succeeds. (4 charges)
Only you and up to 5 others you choose within 20 feet of you can pass through the door and portal normally. Any others must make an Athletics check against a DC equal to your Dexterity stat plus how many charges were expended (for portal only +3).
All paintings, if left alone, disappear after 1d4 hours.
Blinding Splash. When you aren't prone or paralyzed, you can expend 1 charge to attempt to blind everyone within a 15 foot cone against a DC 16 Dexterity Saving Throw.
